School Behavior Specialist

A full-time Behavior Specialist with BCBA certification is needed for a K-12 school setting in Bonita Springs, FL. This contract position runs from January 5, 2026, through May 29, 2026, supporting various school sites within Collier County.

• Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services tailored to student needs in both elementary and high school settings
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and data-driven progress monitoring
• Provide training and support to classroom staff regarding behavior strategies and interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with educational and clinical standards

• Active BCBA licensure required
• Experience working with K-12 student populations, including autism-specific interventions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, parents, and support staff
• Ability to manage caseloads effectively across multiple school sites

• Full-time position with a structured schedule of 37.5 hours per week
