About the role
The Associate Manager Architecture and Design works in partnership with the Facility Design Manager to oversee the project A&E vendor and coordinate the show ride systems facility impact reports and review/ redline all disciplines design packages. Assists with coordinating Construction administration effort relative to reviewing RFI’s and field work assessments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the project A&E vendor and coordinate the show ride systems facility impact reports
- Assist with coordinating Construction administration effort relative to reviewing RFI’s and field work assessments
- Monitor construction in the field including identifying and resolving discrepancies between the construction and drawings and/or design intent
- Support the design strategy to achieve quality deliverables
- Assist with the development of the Architecture and Engineering scope of work / request for proposal documents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a college or university in Architecture, Engineering or Construction
- 3-5 Years: experience, within the entertainment/theme park industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
