A highly skilled Surgical Technologist with extensive experience across orthopedic, neurological, and vascular surgeries is needed to support a busy surgical team in Heath, OH. This contract position demands a versatile professional capable of managing a broad range of cases with precision and critical thinking. The role entails collaboration with surgeons and healthcare staff to ensure seamless operating room efficiency and excellent patient outcomes.

• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and supplies for surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons by handing instruments and providing support during surgeries in multiple specialties
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and operating protocols
• Handle on-call duties approximately 1-2 times per week, including potential weekend and holiday rotations
• Adapt to flexible shift schedules: three 12-hour, four 10-hour, or five 8-hour shifts per week; shift times negotiable

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program
• Strong expertise in orthopedic, neurological, vascular, and other surgical specialties
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
