About the role
The Physical Therapist Assistant implements the treatment plan developed and supervised by the Physical Therapist in a professional manner and within department standards, adhering to the corporate compliance plan and all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state, and federal agencies, and accrediting bodies. The value you'll bring to the team: Observes, records and reports to physician any untoward reactions to treatment. Instructs and supervises family members to provide continuous therapy and home treatment plan. Maintains open communication with case manager. Submits daily log and charge sheets to Home Health office. Maintains communication with scheduler regarding caseload limitations. Participates in case conferences. Maintains open communication with primary Therapist. Possesses excellent time management skills. Meets agencys expectations regarding productivity. Provides in-service training to staff as requested.

Requirements
- Associate degree Physical Therapy Assistant
- License Physical Therapy Assistant
- Basic Life Support- American Heart Association
- Valid Drivers License
