All the benefits and perks you need for you and your family: Benefits from Day One Paid Days Off from Day One Student Loan Repayment Program* (For eligible positions) Career Development Whole Person Wellbeing Resources Schedule: Full Time Shift : Day Location: AdventHealth Medical Group East FL The community you'll be caring for: 305 MEMORIAL MEDICAL PKWY, Daytona Beach, 32117 The role you'll contribute: The Physician Office Supervisor is responsible for planning, controlling, organizing and directing the day-to-day operations and activities of the physician affiliate office or physician department in conjunction with Practice Manager and/or Director of Practice Operations. The value you'll bring to the team: Supervises the physician affiliate office/department in a cost-effective, efficient manner assuring that staff provides high quality care in a courteous and friendly atmosphere. Regularly reviews charge, scheduling and other financial reports along with billing practices to assure physician and office reimbursement is appropriate Assists the Practice Manager and/or Director of Practice Operations in preparation of annual budget, as requested Properly prepares check requests along with office and/or physician Expense Reports and Petty Cash Reimbursement/Reconciliation form in accordance with policy The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Minimum qualifications: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required. Two years experience as a lead role in a medical setting or other supervisory related role. Preferred qualifications: Experience in management of multiple practices or specialty practices desirable. Bachelor of Business Administration or healthcare related field preferred. Responsibilities
- Supervises the physician affiliate office/department in a cost-effective, efficient manner assuring that staff provides high quality care in a courteous and friendly atmosphere.

Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years experience as a lead role in a medical setting or other supervisory related role.
