Responsibilities
- Serve as the executive leader responsible for nursing practice, patient care services, and clinical operations across two hospitals (Garrison and Turtle Lake) totaling approximately 50 critical access beds.
- Provide vision, strategy, and hands-on leadership to advance quality, safety, and patient experience, while supporting a mission-driven culture grounded in compassion and collaboration.
Requirements
- Master’s and Post-Graduate degree required (Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, including prior executive-level responsibility in an acute or critical access hospital setting.
