Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd Shift

The DSC Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the safe operating condition of our Fredericksburg Distribution Center.

• HVAC Responsibilities
• Robot Maintenance and Troubleshooting
• Maintenance, Troubleshooting and repair of equipment, including forklifts, hi-lifts, and order pickers, wrappers, vacu-hoists, etc.
• Perform preventative maintenance duties as assigned
• Perform carpentry, electrical maintenance, pipefitting, and plumbing tasks as needed.
• Perform a variety of tasks in the maintenance and repair of the DSC and its systems, including fire and security systems.
• Maintenance on Dock Doors and Dock Plates
• Monitoring and Maintenance of Building and Grounds as Needed (Including Snow Removal Responsibilities)

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
• Must have two (2) years of work experience as a mechanic in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment
• Must have one (1) year of maintenance experience applying electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic concepts
