About the role

Use simulation vendor software (ANSYS, Cadence or related) APIs to create robust, efficient, and scalable fully automated simulation workflows. Collaborating with the internal customer success team and key stakeholders, employ an agile software development methodology to ensure that automated simulation workflows align with user requirements and are deployed promptly. Optimize simulation workflows for performance and scalability, enabling efficient execution of large-scale simulations. Explore the use of machine learning techniques to develop predictive models based on simulation data and test data. Present simulation results, workflow improvements, and recommendations to engineering teams and management.

Responsibilities

  • Use simulation vendor software (ANSYS, Cadence or related) APIs to create robust, efficient, and scalable fully automated simulation workflows.
  • Collaborating with the internal customer success team and key stakeholders, employ an agile software development methodology to ensure that automated simulation workflows align with user requirements and are deployed promptly.
  • Optimize simulation workflows for performance and scalability, enabling efficient execution of large-scale simulations.
  • Explore the use of machine learning techniques to develop predictive models based on simulation data and test data
  • Present simulation results, workflow improvements, and recommendations to engineering teams and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in EE, CS or related field with 3+ years relevant industry experience in simulation automation or software engineering.
  • Strong background in automation workflows and scripting
  • Experience with simulation vendor software: Ansys, Cadence or related.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, including workflow orchestration, and API integration
  • Solid working knowledge of Linux-based development environments, shell scripting, and HPC systems
  • Experience with software engineering best practices (Git, testing, documentation)
  • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate results clearly
