Registered Behavior Technician

A K-12 educational institution in Heflin, AL, is seeking a qualified professional to support a newly established behavior classroom designed to serve students in a similar manner to an occupational therapy room.

• Providing direct behavioral interventions and support to students within the behavior classroom
• Collaborating with school staff to implement individualized behavior plans
• Supervising activities and ensuring a safe and productive learning environment

• Current certification as an RBT or BCBA
• Experience working with K-12 students in a behavioral support capacity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a classroom environment effectively

• Structured work schedule, Monday through Friday, 6-hour days
