Position Overview Soliant is seeking a motivated Special Education Teacher for a full-time, onsite position near Palmerton, Pennsylvania for the 2025/2026 school year. The ideal candidate will bring energy, empathy, and creativity to foster student success through individualized support and collaboration. Responsibilities Deliver specialized instruction to meet students’ individual learning needs Develop and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Work closely with general education teachers, specialists, and parents Monitor and record student progress Cultivate a supportive and engaging learning environment Ensure compliance with state and federal education requirements Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching License (required) Strong understanding of IEP procedures and compliance standards Effective communication and collaboration skills Dependable and organized work ethic Compensation & Benefits ? Hourly Pay: $35–$45/hour (based on experience, education, and location) ? Weekly pay via direct deposit ?
