• Advocate product capabilities informed by customer insights and market intelligence to support product and go-to-market decisions.
• Drive reactive and proactive engaged intelligence work on pricing, product portfolio
• Engage customers and partners to regularly collect feedback, understand product adoption, and enable sellers and partners to articulate unique the value and positioning of our Conversation AI product portfolio

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
• Experience with the domain area of Applied AI applications
