Licensed Practical Nurse 2 at the Washington Veterans Home in scenic Port Orchard, Washington!

• Prepare, carry out, evaluate, and revise treatment plans for individual residents
• Pass medications and administer, monitor, and record treatments
• Suction patients, administer oxygen, catheterization, irrigation
• Maintain gastric feeding tubes and pumps
• Process physician orders
• Assist with routine rehabilitative and maintenance care

• Current Washington state practical nurse license or unencumbered practical nurse multistate license
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in the English language
• Ability to perform data entry, maintain confidentiality, and provide a positive living environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions, document and report observed changes in patient condition and behavior
