Position Overview Soliant is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time, onsite position near Louisville, Colorado for the 2025/2026 school year. This position is perfect for an educator who values collaboration, creativity, and individualized learning approaches that help students succeed both academically and personally. Responsibilities Deliver specialized instruction tailored to individual student needs Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate closely with general education staff, specialists, and parents Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment Ensure compliance with state and federal special education guidelines Qualifications Active Colorado Special Education Teaching License (required) Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance standards Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits ? Hourly Pay: $35–$45/hour (based on experience, education, and location) ? Weekly pay via direct deposit ?
