Medical Director, Clinical Transformation

The Medical Director of Care Engagement will provide leadership to the care engagement transformation program at Ascension. As a national physician leader, the Medical Director will promote patients’ engagement in prevention, chronic disease management, and other aspects of care through nudge and remote patient monitoring (RPM) portfolios.

• Provide leadership to the care engagement transformation program at Ascension.

• One or more of the following required: Physician MD/DO obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.
