About the role

Supports the Event Operations team to ensure administrative support for both the scheduling and management teams. Executes both routine and non-routine administrative tasks and assignments for the successful operation of the Event Operations department.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Event Operations team to ensure administrative support for both the scheduling and management teams
  • Executes both routine and non-routine administrative tasks and assignments for the successful operation of the Event Operations department

Requirements

  • High School or GED is required
  • Two years computer experience in Windows environment and spreadsheet knowledge highly preferred
  • Hospitality industry experience is preferred
  • Scheduling experience preferred
  • Must type 30 wpm
