Pharmacist PIC Full Time Job

A respected long-term care pharmacy serving Central and North Florida is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a leadership role based near Orlando!

• Provide strategic and operational leadership of daily pharmacy operations
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including DEA and Board of Pharmacy requirements
• Supervise and support staff pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
• Oversee medication fulfillment for multiple daily delivery runs, including urgent STAT orders
• Manage onsite secure dispensing systems in partner facilities
• Coordinate consultant pharmacist services and education/in-service programs
• Integrate pharmacy systems with EMRs and delivery tracking platforms

• Active and unrestricted Florida Pharmacist license
• Previous experience as a PIC or Pharmacy Manager in a long-term care or institutional setting
• Strong working knowledge of LTC pharmacy regulations and standards
• Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills
