Teacher Aide

Support student learning as a Paraprofessional in a vibrant K-12 school setting located in Lowell, MA. This contract position offers the opportunity to assist educators in creating an inclusive, engaging environment that fosters academic and social growth for students across all grade levels.

• Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional support
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students with diverse learning needs
• Support students in developing academic skills and social interaction
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt instructional materials
• Monitor and report on student progress and behavior
• Collaborate with school staff to create positive learning experiences

• Experience supporting students in educational settings, preferably as a paraprofessional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and staff from diverse backgrounds
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude toward student development
• Familiarity with K-12 learning environments and classroom procedures
