Join us as we work to create a thriving ecosystem that delivers accessible, high-quality, and sustainable healthcare for all. We are seeking a hands-on Data Quality Engineer to lead efforts in improving the quality, consistency, and usability of marketing data across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data quality initiatives across the Data Engineering, Analytics, and Business Intelligence teams, ensuring high standards of data integrity, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Data Desk team to identify and address recurring data quality issues, leveraging insights from manual fixes to inform automation strategies.
  • Perform in-depth data profiling to assess data health, uncover anomalies, and guide remediation efforts.
  • Partner with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines that enhance data quality and streamline remediation processes.
  • Define, develop, and maintain data quality metrics (KPIs), dashboards, and reports to monitor performance across marketing and other business zones.
  • Implement and optimize data quality processes and procedures, with a strong emphasis on automation to reduce manual intervention.
  • Engage with stakeholders across business zones to understand their data quality needs and provide strategic, actionable recommendations.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data quality, profiling, and automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in data quality management, data governance, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in leading data quality initiatives and implementing enterprise-level data quality frameworks.
  • Strong experience with data profiling techniques to assess completeness, accuracy, consistency, and identify anomalies or quality issues.
  • Deep understanding of data engineering concepts, with hands-on proficiency in Informatica, Python, and SQL.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and business domains.
  • Familiarity with metadata management, data cataloging, and data quality tools and technologies is a plus.
