Remittance Representative

Remittance Representatives support several front-line work types within the Claim Submission and Financial Processing Services organization.

• Standardized manual extraction, sortation and batch creation of bulk client payment information
• Run equipment to sort, slice, extract, and scan materials for processing
• Manually apply signatures to documents as directed/authorized on behalf of clients
• Acting in a support role capacity (transporting/delivering work, assisting with New Hire onboarding)

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong work-ethic including attendance, punctuality & productivity
• Transactional work experience a plus (e.g. queue based, numbers focused, assembly line, etc.)
• Experience in a professional environment; demonstrating respect, professionalism, integrity & maturity
