Speech-Language Pathologist – Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) – School-Based

Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFs) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students! This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to complete their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in a supportive and collaborative school-based environment.

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders, under the supervision of a licensed and ASHA-certified SLP.
• Conduct assessments and assist in determining eligibility for speech-language services.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with the IEP team.
• Deliver therapy services in both individual and group settings.
• Collect data and monitor student progress toward IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication needs in academic settings.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state, district, and federal regulations.

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship and temporary licensure in the state of practice.
• Commitment to obtaining ASHA CCC-SLP certification upon completion of CFY.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with children and supporting their academic and social success.
• Familiarity with IDEA, IEP process, and school-based service delivery models (preferred but not required).
