Manager, Revenue Cycle Management

• Lead and manage the company’s healthcare cash posting process within Revenue Cycle management team on EMR
• Ensure all revenue cycle activities comply with federal, state, and payer regulations
• Lead payment review processes, oversee compliance with insurance payment regulations and payer requirements
• Support organizational audits and financial reviews while upholding the highest standards of ethical practices

• Associates Degree in Health Care administration, Finance/Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 7 years in relevant experience
• Revenue cycle experience
• Cash posting and reconciliation experience
