Welcome Coordinator

Responsible for delivering outstanding experiences and high-touch assistance for members. This position builds individual relationships with members to ensure satisfaction with their experience. Additionally, this role greets members, schedules appointments, and updates medical records. In addition, this position manages community center activities. Ensures the first impression made on members aligns with the team-based care approach. Welcomes patients and conducts check-in with required forms. Updates patient information and makes changes in the electronic medical record platform. Manages medical records, routing documents to clinical team members for review, and uploading documents into the electronic medical record platform. Assists new patients with paperwork. Schedules appointments within the electronic medical records platform. Maintains an effective operational flow by communicating member status to appropriate team members and keeping patient apprised.

• High School Degree or equivalent
• Experience with guest relations or hospitality
