Responsibilities

  • Champion system design for new features
  • Prioritize product features
  • Work to integrate and optimize ML functionality
  • Develop and manage comprehensive program roadmaps

  • Influence continuous improvement through data and feedback
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science or similar field
  • 8 years of applicable experience
  • 4-6 years of program management experience
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience with tools like Tableau
  • Strong understanding of machine learning development lifecycle
  • Proficient in Agile/Scrum principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to lead, partner, and drive consensus
  • Strong understanding of backend configuration tools and ML model deployment systems
