Travel Home Health PT (Physical Therapist)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate physical therapist to join our team in Juneau, AK. As a Travel Home Health PT, you will provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, assess and treat patients with various physical therapy needs, and develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes
• Assess and treat patients with various physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• BLS certification
• Physical therapy degree or equivalent
• Licensure or certification in physical therapy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• $20.00-$20.00/hr
