Sr Analyst-Cybersecurity, Mergers, Acquisition & Divestitures (M&A/D)

The Sr Analyst-Cybersecurity, M&A/D will be responsible for cybersecurity IT support to the M&A/D cybersecurity tower. This position works closely with M&A/D cybersecurity specialists and program manager to support their role as cybersecurity consultant, navigator and auditor. This position reports to the Program Manager-Cybersecurity, M&A/D and frequently collaborates with other members of the M&A/D cybersecurity team.

• M&A/D Cybersecurity IT Support
• Obtain or generate reports to validate successful, secure and compliant M&A/D transitions
• Provide M&A/D data to other members of the cybersecurity teams for security tools validation
• Review, update or, at times, create documentation such as playbooks, checklists, knowledge based articles or processes
• Create meetings, take minutes, ensure action items have achieved timely follow-up
• Assist with identifying risks, establishing mitigation plans and controls
• Be familiar with GRC, the CIA Triad, the 18 CIS Critical Security Controls, HIPAA and all other cybersecurity guiding principles
• Assist with any auditing activities performed within the M&A/D cybersecurity program

• Education: Associate's degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field preferred
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in an IT related field
• IT experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures (preferred)
• Skills: Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, Excellent written and verbal communications skills, strong customer orientation, great organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience working in demanding and challenging environments
• Experience working in the healthcare industry (preferred)
• Certifications: Advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) are preferred
