About the role
An ABA Therapist is needed to provide onsite compensatory services for a former student. This contract position is based in Lexington, Massachusetts, and supports a K-12 school setting. The assignment requires delivering a total of 10 hours of service, spread over approximately eight weeks (about one hour per week). The term will begin as soon as possible and continue until the services are completed. Responsibilities: Deliver compensatory ABA therapy services to a former student in accordance with outlined requirements Maintain accurate records of services provided and progress notes Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure continuity of care Follow all state and agency guidelines relevant to compensatory services Provide support onsite; remote or virtual options are not available for this assignment Qualifications: Experience as an ABA Therapist, preferably within K-12 educational settings Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and practices Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently Strong communication skills to interact with families, staff, and administration Willingness to adhere to specific contractual and compliance obligations related to state complaint resolutions Location: Lexington, Massachusetts (onsite assignment) This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to an important compensatory service case and support ongoing educational needs.
