Home Infusion Pharmacy Technician IV Certified

A pharmacy technician with IV certification and home infusion experience is needed for a contract-to-hire position in Shelbyville, KY. This role supports sterile compounding in a specialty TPN compounding setting, requiring solid IV/TPN knowledge and proficiency with pharmacy technician duties in infusion pharmacy.

• Perform sterile compounding of total parenteral nutrition (TPN) products following exact protocols
• Utilize pharmacy systems and compounding technology to ensure accuracy and safety
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
• Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare team members to support patient care

• Pharmacy Technician certification with IV certification
• Strong experience in home infusion pharmacy settings
• Prior hands-on experience with sterile compounding, specifically TPNs
• Familiarity with CPR+ pharmacy systems is highly preferred
