Responsibilities

  • Build, launch and sustain our Customer Centricity strategy in BC&P
  • Lead critical and strategic business projects
  • Work closely with key executive stakeholders across BC&P
  • Develop and implement short and long term strategic programs for BC&P associates

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships and operate in an influential manner with executives
  • Highly collaborative; has excellent communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Highly-motivated, self-starter who can work autonomously
  • Proven ability to lead moderate sized cross functional teams
  • Impeccable judgment and ability to balance the needs of the organization, leaders and associates
