About the role

Soliant is actively hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time contract position with a school district in Centralia, Washington. We are looking for a dedicated SLP to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year and are scheduling interviews immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and small group settings.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Active Washington state SLP license or eligibility is required.
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification with an SLP endorsement.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows (CFY) are strongly encouraged to apply!
