About the role
The State-Operated Community Residential (SOCR) Programs within DSHS' Behavioral Health and Habilitation Administration (BHHA) are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse 4 to join our compassionate care team.
Responsibilities
- Guide and support the SOLA team, ensuring quality nursing care is delivered according to individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client health, quickly assess changes in condition, and communicate with the SOLA management team and medical providers
Requirements
- Possession of a current Washington State license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- One year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
