Global Solution Sales, Director- Nordics (Hybrid) | Citi Careers

• Lead the sales origination, pipeline development, customer revenue growth of a portfolio of assigned Corporate clients in the Nordics
• Increase customer penetration and cross-sell of TTS products and solutions across a 95+ country network with existing and new clients
• Become a ‘Trusted Advisor’ to our corporate clients for complex cash and working capital solutions
• Support relevant client experience initiatives, working in close partnership with relevant banking, servicing and client success teams
• Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including banking teams to define client priorities, develop robust client account plans and ensure coordinated and sustained client calling routines
• Drive sustained client engagement and support a range of TTS and franchise marketing initiatives in driving thought leadership
• Work with control functions as and when required, such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure

• Possesses in-depth knowledge of Cash Management and Working Capital Solutions along with other banking products
• Proven track record in originating and selling cash management, trade, and / or technology-based consulting solutions with large, complex client buying organizations
• Experienced working with large client relationships from a banking or product perspective
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication, demonstrating fluency in English and Swedish / Finnish
• Tenacious, persuasive, and articulate personality
• Excellent interpersonal skills to deal internally and externally with clients
