About the role
Responsible for performing routine preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems throughout the facility. This position inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper functioning, follows established procedures, and receives daily instruction on work tasks. Other tasks include assisting other trades as needed to maintain the facility and ensuring all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing routine preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems throughout the facility.
- Assists in tests, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under direct supervision.
- Responds to in-house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
- Responds to emergency calls and takes call in accordance with facility needs.
- Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
- High School Grad or Equivalent Required
- 3 Years of General experience Required
- Driver's License (DL) Required
