Premium Technician

• Provide administrative, processing and document production support in respect of the Overseas offices
• Ensure that Tax and Premium information is presented accurately in compliance with all applicable regulatory needs for each jurisdiction applicable
• Key Financial reporting will be maintained accurately through precise and timely data entry
• Overseas offices data will be maintained enabling internal and external audits to be carried out
• Ensure compliance with all legal and Regulatory requirements including Treating Customers Fairly and Contract Certainty
• Assist with the integration of Enterprise Risk (ER) into the Overseas Offices
• All Premium technicians are encouraged to raise, and help deliver, improvements to all processes, procedures and IT Systems in relation to Processing Services data entry and quality

• Brokasure Enterprise (Enterprise Risk and Enterprise Accounts) – preferred
• Xchanging systems including Insurance Portal and Insurance Market Repository – preferred
• Microsoft word, and excel
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff
• Excellent knowledge of the Lloyd’s Market and the classes of business written at Talbot
• Excellent IT Skills
• Working towards the CII exams or equivalent
• IT literacy including Microsoft XL, Word and Outlook
• Able to learn new IT systems and procedures
