Senior Program Manager

The Data Engineering team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the team to guide the development and evolution of a coherent, organization-wide portfolio of data capabilities, enabling responsive, high-quality data for the business.

• Contribute to the end-to-end data architecture and data modeling for the GMEE Data Platform
• Own the data capability roadmap for assigned initiatives
• Define technical data requirements based on business specifications
• Coordinate with cross-domain data owners to integrate, leverage and enable access to data
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, System Architects, Platform Engineers and Program Managers to implement successful solutions
• Create data quality and monitoring models for key end to end data flows
• Influence and negotiate with partner stakeholders for cross-team dependencies impacting roadmaps

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years’ experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• Experience with big data architectures and principles including distributed data mesh concepts, modeling/schema design, data lakes, metadata, lineage, acquisition and broad consumption patterns
• Experience in data analysis
• 2+ years experience in Python, and/or SQL, and/or similar technologies
