The Culture Lead, MCAPS Enablement and Operations will design, manage, and continually evaluate culture initiatives to help our organization meet its bold ambition.
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to strengthen team culture and well-being
- Design, manage, and continually evaluate culture initiatives
- Manage a set of culture programs across that are in-sync with business rhythms
- Cultivate the core communities across our organization
- Act as a champion for best practices that can be leveraged by all
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field AND 4+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
- 4+ years of experience designing and executing change management programs across large, matrixed organizations
- 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects
- 4+ years of experience utilizing culture-building frameworks and techniques
- 3+ years of experience using employee sentiment tools and platforms
