The Supervisor, Hub Operations oversees daily activities within the hub to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality operations. This role is responsible for supervising staff, optimizing workflows, managing performance metrics, and ensuring that service-level agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements are constantly met.

• 3+ years of subject matter experience
