• Proven experience as a Medical Technologist or equivalent role in clinical laboratory settings
• Proficiency in performing and interpreting laboratory tests, including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood bank
• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, quality control, and safety protocols
• Relevant certification and licensure as required
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
