Member of Technical Staff - MTS

We are looking for a Member of Technical Staff to join our Direct Messaging team within our Chennai R&D, Platform & Data Services subdivision, Interoperability Networks zone.

• Build enterprise quality direct messaging applications/services
• Implement secure messaging protocols for healthcare data exchange
• Integrate messaging solutions with EHR systems and payer platforms
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex integration and messaging issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
• Continuously improve system performance, security, and stability at scale

• 2 to 4 years of experience in software development
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Significant software engineering skills (SDLC) with high quality and DevSecOps driven delivery
• Expertise in PERL programming and experience with secure messaging protocols
• Strong knowledge in Databases and SQL development
