Medical-Surgical RN

• Provide excellent nursing care to medical-surgical patients with diverse healthcare needs
• Monitor patient conditions and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately while adhering to safety protocols
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and recovery strategies
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of patient progress and care provided

• Current RN license with Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
