• OR Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience developing machine learning solutions AND 1+ year(s) customer-facing, project-delivery experience, professional services, and/or consulting experience
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R), with experience using data science libraries and tools
• Experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, evaluation, optimization, debugging)
• Proficiency in one statically typed language (C#, Java, C, C++)
• Familiarity with software engineering principles and practices
• Experience working with real-world noisy data
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• Previous exposure to the gaming industry
