Data & Evaluation Coordinator (COM 2)

Data & Evaluation Coordinator (COM 2) leads the Community Reinvestment Program’s statewide performance measurement and learning systems

• Develop and maintain CRP’s data infrastructure, performance dashboards, legislative reporting, and learning cycles
• Partner with Program Managers, SMEs, LATs, and by-and-for organizations to build equitable, trauma-informed data practices

• Six (6) years of combined experience and/or education as described below
• Experience must include: 2+ years of experience managing datasets, building dashboards, and visualizing complex data
• Familiarity with equity frameworks in employment, training, and entrepreneurship
