• Design and develop large-scale distributed software services and solutions using Azure technologies
• Review product code and test code to ensure it meets team standards
• Build solutions that enable front-line teams to work smarter, respond faster, and resolve complex escalations more efficiently
• Integrate GitHub Copilot and Agentic AI frameworks to create autonomous workflows
• Deliver Customer 360 experiences and integrated workflows using agent copilots
• Build agentic AI solutions to combat nonpayment fraud

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience
• 1+ years of Experience with agentic AI, Copilot integration, or AI workflow design
• 3+ years of experience driving technical and architectural dependencies with proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, or equivalent languages/frameworks
