Assistant Nurse Manager Medical PCU Nights

The ANM is a registered professional nurse who supports the Nurse Manager in overall operations of their assigned unit.

• Lead the Employees
• Has a working knowledge of performance expectations for all employees on the unit.
• Demonstrates familiarity with the performance improvement model of the organization.
• Utilizes critical thinking skills in the performance of their duties as an ANM
• Utilizes critical thinking skills in the performance of their duties as an ANM

• Graduate of school of nursing with a minimum of an Associate of Science degree or diploma.
• Active Florida RN license required or active multi-state RN license
• Preferred qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
