Accountant

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AP/Staff Accountant to join the Finance team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle, supporting general ledger tasks, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

• Process and code vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage the AP inbox and address all requests and inquiries promptly
• Monitor and respond to internal and external AP-related tickets
• Review, process, and reconcile employee expense reports
• Perform light general ledger work, including account reconciliations and journal entries
• Support month-end close activities as assigned
• Assist with vendor management, including onboarding and communication
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
• Utilize ERP and accounting tools for AP processing, GL entries, and reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with ERP and expense management systems preferred
• Strong understanding of AP processes and basic accounting principles
