Clinical Coaching Associate

The Clinical Coaching team is responsible for driving athenaOne feature adoption, documentation efficiency and clinical outcomes through individual- and practice-level coaching engagements.

• Develop and maintain knowledge of athenaOne feature adoption, documentation efficiency and clinical outcomes through individual- and practice-level coaching engagements
• Support end-user clinicians via 1:1 coaching engagements, leveraging data to identify and improve goals
• Support clinical performance and operations administrators in the configuration and optimization of athenaClinicals to meet customer needs
• Assist in the development of scaled training and enablement resources, identifying and promoting best practices, and contributing to team process improvement and content development initiatives

• BA/BS degree required
• 3+ years relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with peers and clients
• Demonstrated experience successfully leading projects; defining deadlines, providing recommendations for delegating work, and surfacing blockers to leadership
