About the role
Assist the speech-language pathologist in delivering services to elementary students with speech and language challenges. Support individual and small group instruction tailored to students’ specific needs. Help implement intervention plans and document progress under the guidance of the speech-language pathologist. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to create an inclusive learning environment. Manage daily classroom activities related to speech and language sessions.

Requirements
- Experience as a paraprofessional or similar educational support role, preferably in a school setting

- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Patience, adaptability, and a dedication to student growth and development
