• Lead conceptualization and development of innovative business and care models
• Responsible for clinical and operational performance across the continuum of care
• Provide leadership and guidance in the ongoing implementation of flexible, innovative physician alignment strategies
• Champion quality and safety efforts within the organization
• Ensure alignment of performance with the practices and standards of excellence

• Physician MD/DO obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
• Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed
• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• 5 of those years being in leadership/management
