About the role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as Manager of Customer Success. In this role, you will oversee a team and provide strategic business development for Health Systems and eHR partners.

Responsibilities

  • Retain and develop some of our fastest-growing accounts
  • Ensure full adoption of our provider solutions
  • Lead a team to ensure alignment and execution against internal and external KPIs

Requirements

  • 9+ years of professional experience
  • 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience
  • At least 4 years of client-facing experience
