Claims Analyst I

• Review of claims (Pending list)
• Attention to insured, agents, executives, (via email, telephone).
• Adjustment of marine claims (prepare adjustment, quote similar equipment, request requirements and collect agreement signatures)
• Payment to insured, payment to suppliers, notes in claims system SISE
• Adjustment of reserves, filing in statutory electronic repository
• Request and review AML requirements
• Registration of bank accounts (registration of folios)
• Preparation and distribution of non-appropriate claim rejection letters
• Preparation of claim notice to UW team, interaction with SIU
• Record of recoveries in claims system
• Record of Non cash (recoveries made in favor of Insured)
• Closing of reserves
• Monitoring of claims assigned to independent adjusters when retained (review of reports, adjustments of reserves)

• 1-3+ years of experience in the management of property, energy, marine claims for commercial and personal lines.
