About the role
Prepare and organize reports for budget forecasting, volume tracking, overtime, and other operational needs. Manage office correspondence, process invoices, and maintain accurate filing systems. Order equipment and supplies to keep operations running smoothly. Maintain safety handbooks and assist with compliance assurance. Ensure timesheets are accurate and submitted on time. Coordinate employee training schedules and travel arrangements. Serve as a welcoming point of contact at Reception when needed and route calls appropriately. Support facility upkeep and assist with special projects as assigned.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and excellent attention to detail.
